Project Associate
As the Project Coordinator for Generation STEAM and the San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering, Dolores is responsible for the development and sustainable implementation of STEAM programs for underrepresented communities.
Dolores previously studied Biology at Fresno State, where she focused on curricula development, project based learning, and Next Generation Science Standards research. She is a strong advocate for more equitable, diverse, and authentic STEAM learning experiences for the K-12 STEM education system.
