Sr Director, Federal Policy & Government Affairs
Laure oversees Biocom California’s Washington DC office, which she opened in 2013 to advance the interests of Biocom members in our nation’s capital. She is responsible for managing and implementing Biocom California’s federal legislative and regulatory policy agenda and proactively lobbying federal officials.
Laure has over fifteen years of experience in federal policy, including five years in the U.S. House of Representatives, overseeing healthcare policy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Affairs and Political Communication from Sciences Po Bordeaux. She also graduated from the Institute on Business and Government Affairs at Georgetown University.
