Linda’s career in Life Sciences spans nearly 30 years. She has been in executive search since 2010, the first 7 years as a top executive recruiter, and in business development since 2017. Prior to working in executive search, Linda spent 18 years in four biotech companies and one AIDS/HIV diagnostic company. She has lived and worked in both the San Diego and South San Francisco biotech hubs. She focused her time in industry in human resources and recruiting. Linda has hands-on experience in all stages of companies including: start-up/pre-clinical, IPO, product launch/commercial, M&A, rapid growth and reductions-in-force.
Linda is passionate about Diversity Equity & Inclusion and has held several events on the subject to raise awareness. She is a tireless advocate and ally for people of color and women in executive leadership. Linda is heavily involved in her community and sits on the BIOCOM Diversity & Inclusion Task Force, Advisory Board for Life Science Cares San Diego, LifeHR Network Board, is Co-Chair of the MANA de San Diego Advisory Council and a member of Women in Bio and Women Give San Diego.
