Ms. Welsh’s has worked in areas of venture capital, securities law, mergers & acquisitions and finance since 1990. She is currently a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Telegraph Hill Partners, a venture and growth equity firm focused on life science and health technology, which she joined 20 years ago. Ms. Welsh has represented THP on the boards of AngioScore (acquired by Spectranetics), Interface Associates (acquired by NDC), Medpricer (acquired by Premier), Magstim, Emerging Therapy Solutions, TrakCel and Mosaic. Ms. Welsh’s prior experience includes positions with The Lodestar Group, a mergers & acquisitions firm, Epstein, Becker & Green P.C., where she practiced corporate law and Three Cities Research, a middle-market private equity firm. Ms. Welsh has a B.A. in Philosophy from Hunter College, City University of New York and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
