    Jim Ambrosini, CFE, CRMA, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, Managing Director, CohnReznick Advisory Group

    Jim Ambrosini, CFE, CRMA, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, is a managing director with CohnReznick Advisory Group who leads its cybersecurity and technology assurance service offerings. Jim has more than 20 years of experience in information security and technology, and is focused on helping clients manage their technology assets effectively and securely. His team specializes in analyzing technology infrastructure, evaluating cyber threats, developing strategic plans, and assessing network and web vulnerabilities.

    Jim’s client experience includes conducting strategic IT risk assessments to identify cost and risk drivers; critical vulnerability and cybersecurity program assessments to assess security postures; digital privacy assessments to determine the adequacy of tools and programs in place to protect customer data; and infrastructure vulnerability assessments to identify network and web vulnerabilities. Jim’s team of IT professionals also possess expertise in performing cybersecurity and IT risk assessments designed to identify significant improvement opportunities within applications, infrastructure, IT processes, and IT departments and create remediation plans. Their extensive knowledge of best practices and standards is leveraged to help clients strategically align IT systems with business drivers, threats, and the organizational risk tolerance.

    Prior to joining CohnReznick, Jim was a director at a global risk management consulting firm where he specialized in the assessment of IT risk and cybersecurity controls. Earlier in his career, Jim served as a senior manager at a Big Four consulting firm, an information security auditor for a top investment bank, and a programmer and systems analyst for a major financial institution.

    Jim has taught graduate-level courses on information risk management as an adjunct professor at New York University.
     

    Jason Callahan, CISO and Senior Director, Illumina Inc. 

    Jason Callahan has over 25 years of information security and technology leadership experience at a host of enterprises, including Fortune 150 companies, the Department of Defense, financial institutions, and life sciences and energy corporations. He has a demonstrated, authentic record of developing high-performance organizations.
     
    Jason is currently serving in two professional capacities. As the chief information security officer (CISO), he is responsible for developing the enterprise security program strategy and execution, while also defining the security standards for Illumina's high-tech products and cloud-based solutions. Jason is additionally serving as the head of Global Infrastructure & Operations, in which he is responsible for supporting all facets of enterprise technology platforms and high- performance computing.
     
    Jason began his career in the United States Air Force, where he held both physical and information security functions. After leaving the Air Force, he went on to launch a successful private cybersecurity consulting firm, before co-founding the security program at the world's largest biotechnology company.
     
    Jason received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business and a bachelor's degree in IT. He serves on the board of directors for the San Diego CISO Round Table and is the vice chairman on the board of directors for Villa Musica, a nonprofit musical arts education center for the entire San Diego County student population.
