    Eric Schlezinger is the Head of Human Resources for Vir Biotechnology, a venture-funded startup based in Mission Bay focusing infectious diseases.  Previously, Eric led the human resources and facilities functions at Tessera Technologies where he helped manage the company through a complete transformation of board, senior leadership, organizational focus, culture and values.  Prior to joining Tessera, Eric held positions leading both the legal and human resources functions at various technology and pharma/biotech companies in the Bay Area.  Eric holds an JD from Washington University in St. Louis and an AB in Asian Studies from Dartmouth College.

  • Kim McEachron

    Kim McEachron brings over 25 years of human resources experience, both from entrepreneurial and large company environments.  Throughout her career, Kim has focused on designing experiences and cultures to inspire individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential.  Since joining Genomic Health, Inc. in 2012, as Chief People Officer, Kim has been responsible for the alignment of strategic, operational and organizational processes to build capabilities for global growth.

    Prior to joining the company, Kim held several leadership roles within Medtronic, Inc., a global leader in medical technologies that improve the way chronic diseases are treated.  From 2010 – 2012, Kim was the Vice President of Human Resources, Engagement and Inclusion for the Medtronic Cardiac and Vascular division. In prior roles at Medtronic, Kim was responsible for the implementation of total rewards programs; diversity and inclusion strategies; talent management systems; leadership development and executive coaching.  Earlier in her career with Medtronic, Kim was Vice President of Human Resources for the CardioVascular and Neuromodulation divisions where her responsibilities included leading talent acquisition and management, organization development and learning, employee relations, and diversity.  From this role, she contributed to the diversification and growth of the CardioVascular and Neuromodulation businesses by successfully integrating acquisitions and building capabilities.  

    Kim holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College. Kim was a former Chair of the Board for the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County and board member of the American Heart Association. She is a member of the Board of Directors for HR People + Strategy (HRPS); The CA HR Strategy Forum; and the Association for Managers of Innovation (AMI).  In 2008 and 2010, Ms. McEachron was recognized for her corporate leadership in global diversity and inclusion at Medtronic and in 2003, she received the Women in Business Award from the North Bay Business Journal.

    Adrienne is an executive coach and organization development consultant. She is known and appreciated for her insight into human nature and team dynamics and her thoughtfulness and innovative approaches to coaching, organization effectiveness and culture transformation. She incorporates her over 25 years of business knowledge with her belief in the human potential to help organizations, teams and individuals realize what is possible.
     
    Her versatility as an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant have resulted in many successful engagements in a variety of companies including Blue Shield, Cisco, Del Monte, The Clorox Company, Handtmann Inc, Hewlett Packard, Tessera, Xperi, and non-profits including The East Bay SPCA, and National Association for Mental Illness. (NAMI). Notable in her work is her ability to help leaders with building deliberate and inclusive organizational cultures where employees feel valued, engaged and energized. Core to her working philosophy is: “Answers reveal themselves when people authentically show up.”
     
    Though not exclusive to women, she enjoys working with women executives and their specific challenges, especially their relationship with power and navigating male dominated boardrooms, executive teams and industries. Her recent engagements include coaching the named successors to both the CIO and General Counsel positions for a major healthcare organization.
     
    She has guest lectured with the University of Illinois; “Designing High Involvement Organizations,” the University of San Francisco; coaching MBA graduate students in change management consulting, and Sonoma State Masters in Organization Development Program on Organizational Culture, with guest speaker Edgar Schein.  In addition, she has had several speaking engagements including, The STS Roundtable: “HR Transformation in a Global CPG company,” expert panelist on Diversity talking about the “power of story,” expert panelist on “Coaching Culture”, at an ATD event, a TED style talk at the Expat, Empowered Women’s Leadership Summit on “Leveraging Virtual Reality to overcome Gender Bias,”  and most recently at WING, the Women’s Insurance Leadership Group on unconscious bias.  She regularly blogs on leadership and culture transformation.
     
    Adrienne graduated with a BA in Cultural Anthropology from San Francisco State University, giving her the skills of observation and exploration necessary to understand cultures and climates. She has an MA in Psychology and Organization Development from Sonoma State University. She sat on the Board of Directors for the STS Roundtable.
    Adrienne is an ICF certified coach (PCC), trained at New Ventures West and Envision Global Leadership, she holds certificates in Strengthscope, MBTI, TKI, Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Human Synergistics, Organizational Culture Index (OCI) and Organizational Effectiveness Index (OEI), and is a certified Emotional
