At RiverVest, Pascal focuses on investments in the therapeutics and medical device sectors. She serves as a board director at Bluejay Therapeutics and a stealth newco, and she’s an observer at Avalyn Pharmaceuticals and Biolinq. Prior to RiverVest, she was at Kairos Ventures where she focused on early-stage investments in the life sciences. 

Pascal is passionate about her work in the San Diego biotech community. She holds leadership positions at Spark Bio and the SD chapter of Breaking 7%. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at UCLA.
