Director, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
As Director, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Biocom California, Jennifer’s role is to support DEI strategic goals in partnership with internal/external stakeholders to embed DEI into the core of Biocom California. She will advise and support members and key external partners in identifying meaningful ways to advance DEI within our member companies and the life science community.
Jennifer brings a background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as human resources, learning and development, and project management. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an interest in Project Management from Capella University and has experience in different industries, including finance, skincare, and life sciences.
